This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

SCOUT is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My son has earned his Boy Scout eagle rank! It has been an awesome journey to see where SCOUT has traveled and to see pictures of places around the world.  Because of all the kind geocachers who moved SCOUT along, my son was in part able to earn a merit badge in Geocaching.What an  end to SCOUT’S journey to have it returned home and placed in my son’s collection.

I would love having SCOUT moved along so he can return to the Knoxville area of Tennessee and to his young master. Please help to make that so! You can pass it along to someone you know who is traveling to Tennesse or if your willing, mail it back home and hopefully back to us.

I will post reunion pictures if that happens.
