This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Mary's 2011 PT Bug is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

It's hard to believe that February 12, 2012 will mark the 3rd anniversary of Mary's passing. The pathtag attached to this TB is the 3rd one in a series that began in 2009 through the generosity of my geocaching family who designed the first tag. I have maintained the original design but change the background color each year. Please do not retrieve this TB unless you are sure to release it within a reasonable time. It's important to me that it continues to move. It has no special mission; it just wants to keep on caching just like Mary did.  Please do not remove the path tag.
