Magellan eXplorist 110 is a International Geocaching Day 2016 Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.
If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!
If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

Vielleicht wird es bald nur noch Smartfon-Caching geben, denn durch modernere Technik, hilfreiche Applikationen, Adventure-Labs, Mystery-Tools, integrierte Taschenlampe und QR-Code Scanner, NFC-Technologie, automatische Kartenupdates und hohe Internetverfügbarkeit wird der GNSS-Empfänger (Handheld) mehr und mehr durch die kleinen Computer mit Telefonfunktion verdrängt.
Neuere Rasenmäher-Roboter sind durch Echtzeitkinematik (RTK) in puncto Genauigkeit diesem schönen, blauen Magellan erst recht überlegen. Nun geht er in Rente.
Gehe raus in die Welt, besuche Events und erinnere die Cacherwelt an die guten, alten Zeiten und den Fortschritt.

Perhaps soon there will only be smartphone caching, because thanks to modern technology, helpful applications, adventure labs, mystery tools, flashlight app, integrated QR code scanner, NFC technology, automatic map updates and high internet availability, GNSS receivers (handheld devices) are increasingly being replaced by these small computers with integrated telephone function.
Newer robotic lawnmowers are even more accurate than this beautiful blue Magellan thanks to real-time kinematics (RTK). Now it's retiring.
