This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Trip Around the World is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

Our destination is to travel the world and collect each geo tracking team's first geo experience as their log. The birth of this TB is on New Year's Eve, 2011 so we hope that this TB comes back to us on New Year's Eve, in the year 2021. Please share your stories with us. We will start. We started our geotracking journey in the summer of 2011 in the Bronx, New York. Our first find was in a guard rail where we found a pocket angel that we had exchanged for some coins from Aruba.
