Cactus Menace is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

Is anybody going to South America? Take me with you! Or drop me off someplace where a lot of world travellers stay. Like say, I don't know, the UN or the State Department?
