This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Captain Jack is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

This is my son Jordan's travel bug. He is in a little competition with his brother's travel bug- Pirate Pete and his sister's travel bug- Peg Leg. Here is his mission - Captain Jack wants to sail the seven seas. He is in a race around the world with fellow pirates, Pirate Pete and Peg Leg. He wants to capture as many treasures (caches) as he can. He is being given 2 years to complete this task. When his time is up, he wants to meet Pirate Pete and Peg Leg close to their starting point so they can catch up on their adventures. Please take lots of pictures and try to keep him moving, as you know how pirates are about collecting treasures.
