This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

National Park Geocoin is a National Park Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

This coin needs to make it's way to the top of Cadillac Mountain, located in Acadia National Park, Mount Desert Island, Maine. As proof, the bearer of the coin at the time must take a photo of themselves with the coin at the summit of the mountain next to any one of the trail signs or elevation markers. DO NOT LEAVE THE COIN ON THE MOUNTAIN. It is against the law to place caches in National Parks. Once the mission is complete, find a suitable cache located nearby and place the coin for the next adventurer. Do not keep this coin.
