This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Scurvy Joe is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

Arrrrgh! Capn' Madd Matt has sent me on a mission. He won't let me return until I've seen the world. It seems he thinks I may not be trustworthy and insists on having as many pictures as possible to back up me stories. He says I should see at least two oceans and wants me to visit some of the U.S. states he has never explored...like, Minnesota (he's a Vikings fan), Montana, Washington, & Oregon. *****ALERT***** 10-8-05 Scurvy Joe needs to return to the ship for a facelift before resuming his journey. If he can make to "The Capn's Cache" in Putnam County, West Virginia, I'll see that he is returned to his original handsome self.
