This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

GBP2013CherriesNoMore is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

Trackable ItemIf you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

This Travel Bug "Cherries No More" is racing in the The Great Geocaching Block Party 2013 Travel Bug Race. This TB must travel at least 2013 miles before returning to Geocaching.com HQ.  Please move to another geocache to meet its goal of minimum 2013 but more would be great. Thank you!

These cherries have given me and my little red toaster car something to smile about when getting in the car. I love cherries. Yes, they are a car deodorizer long past their prime, but they're inspired by Mary Engelbreit. Her art is always so cheerful.  Alas, my boy's don't like my dangling cherries when having to drive my car. The dangling cherries don't have the same effect on them. I often find them missing when getting in the car.  So, since they come to identify me and no one else in the family and the car will soon be passed on to my daughter, I thought it was time to retire my cherries.    They have traveled with me as far South as San Diego, CA  to as far North as Anacortes, WA.

In their retirement, I'd like to send them there again and back before next year's Geocaching event in August 2013. Yes, it's ambitious but would be a blast of a trip to enjoy the West Coast one more time.  Hang them on your rearview mirror and give them a tickle for me!

Me and my little red *toaster car are here to enjoy the 2012 Geocaching Block Party.
