This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

A Carbon Based Life is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

This is a ball that my dog, Carbon, chewed on. He was an amazing guy who loved life and he loved traveling. In memory of my best friend, please take this bug to places with "Carbon" in the name. There will be a "First To Place" prize mailed to each person who places the ball first in a location. In order to claim the prize, please email me your mailing address and the name of the cache the ball was placed in and the location name with "Carbon" in it. For example, "Sopris Walk" near Carbondale, Colorado. Also, please take pictures of the bug with your dog and post them to the site. Thanks!
