This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Mt McKinley Geocoin is a Mt McKinley Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

A Geo-Tribute to Benjamin Franklin.  

This Mount McKinley geocoin would like to travel to Penn, Paris, Manchester and Litchfield, visiting and getting photographed at pubs and universities along the way. Please post your photos here.

Old Benjamin Franklin was active in the formation of the University of Pennsylvania (1775) and he went to France and England.  This mission is to go to Penn, then be taken to Paris, France and finish strong in Manchester and Lichfield, UK.

 

 

It is said that in 1771, Benjamin Franklin played sports and consumed beer in different parts of England, including Manchester and Lichfield.

 

The final stage of this mission is to travel to England and enjoy a game at the Alkrington Tennis & Social Club (Alkrington Court, Middleton, Manchester, M24 1TX) and to have a beer at the Bowling Green Pub in Lichfield (Friary Road, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6QJ).
