This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

The Scanian Flag is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

Hi!

I am the regional flag of Skåne (Scania), the southernmost region of Sweden. Skåne was once a part of Denmark (until 1658) and I have to say I miss my old country!

I would like to travel to these main parts of the current Danish kingdom:

• Bornholm
• Fleggerøn
• Fyn
• Jylland
• Langeland
• Lolland
• Møn
• Samsø
• Sjælland (completed by fiffil on August 10th, 2013 in cache GC4D2F7)
• Vendsyssel-Thy

When I have seen all these parts I want to go back to my home in Lund, Sweden where I can rest and contemplate on my travels.

Side note: The Scanian flag wasn't created until the late 1800s, but that's only important for history buffs
