This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Rex The T-Rex is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

Hi, my name is Rex and I'm a T-Rex (duh!). At the end of the 19th century I was discovered by a famous archaeologist and brought to Europe to be exposed in a museum (boring!). Luckily I was able to escape with only one mission: to get back to my friends! They all lived in the Dinosaur Valley State Park near Glen Rose, Texas, USA. The Jurassic Cache (GC636) seemed like the perfect destination! After having travelled a few months, I finally arrived at the Jurassic cache thanks to my companion sassyjr, who brought me here.

But, all my friends were gone. None of them was still in Texas. So I started searching, and I was informed that my best friend, Trix, was exposed in the Naturalis museum in Leiden in The Netherlands, and that he would travel the world, just like I did. I found out that he is now in Salzburg, Austria. So, if anyone would be able to send me to Salzburg, Austria, that would be really really awesome! Auf wiedersehen, my friend!
