This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

The Adventures of Indiana Jones is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

Hello! My name is Dr. Henry Jones Jr., but some of you may be more familiar with my nickname, Indiana Jones. My adventures around the world have been well documented, including to places such as Egypt, India, Turkey, and many more. When I'm not rescuing or retreiving priceless artifacts, I teach archaeology to students at Marshall College. 

Upon the collection of this trackable, your mission is to bring me to any site with associated with history or archaeology in any way. This includes places such as museums, historical sites, and archaeological sites along the way of your geocaching adventures. Be sure to share in my trackable log where in the world you have brought me, as I would like to hit as many areas of the globe as possible! Rack up those travel miles - lets see how far around the world I can go!

I would also appreciate if you would document descriptions of any interesting objects you see, or share historical facts you learn during your travels!  I'm always looking to expand my knowledge on historical and archaeological subjects. If you have a photographic eye, feel free to include photographs of me during my adventures or in front of an artifact that you think I may have contributed to a museum - sometimes my students don't believe the stories I tell them!
