This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Geocaching Pet Peeve is a It's the Journey not the Destination Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

To give cachers a place to vent regarding there pet peeves with caches or cachers.

MY PET PEEVES:

putting a cache in a living bush or landscaping such that it will damage the plant or disturb the landscaping.  There are plenty of places to hide caches that are cruelty free.

another of mine peeves is placing a cache every .1 mile or 528 ft apart just because you can.  I especially find it sad along a beautiful trail.  Why not put the cache at interesting point along the trail:  a view, a cool rock, a special tree or plant, a nice place to rest.
