The cache is NOT at listed coordinates.

Many puzzles include a cipher requiring a KEY necessary to decrypt it properly. Sometimes, finding the KEY can be an exercise in frustration. There is so much information presented that the KEY could be anywhere. The KEY could be anything. The KEY could be in the middle of the description somewhere, in plain view but hardly obvious on casual observation. The KEY might be hidden in the source code. The KEY might be in the background. You might have to do some research on the web, or elsewhere, in order to locate the KEY. There could be images which hold the KEY. In short, you may have to do a lot of work to find the KEY and crack the code.
