Taryam: The Secret Climb Mystery Cache

The cache is not at the posted location, but by solving this puzzle, you will be shown the correct path

Taryam, king of the jungle, let's loose his cry as he victoriously scales up the tree a whooping 40ft to hide his cache. The problem is that he has lost track of the tree he needs to climb! The only thing he has in his possession is a stone tablet that reads:
