This cache was originally hidden a year ago as part of the
now abandoned LOTR series. I moved this cache around July, but never got back
till now to recheck coordinates. The cache is located just down the trail from
Alpine Overlook. The release of that cache is what caused me to release this,
since I was in the area checking the other cache. This cache is placed near the
ruins of the Zabriski estate. If you explore, be careful, the rocks can be quite
slippery and there are holes in the roof which are frequently covered by leaves,
making them hard to spot.
Cache container is a sealed jelly jar with camoflague tape. You won't find it without feeling for it. Also the container has a narrow neck so bring small, narrow items.
Note: cache was to be archived october 31st. Changed my mind, will leave active for the winter.
