This is my 90th
placed geocache!
This cache is tucked away in an unspoiled canyon. The looming
sandstone walls bear mute witness to eons of earth's upheaval. To
learn more about the forces that created Devil's Punchbowl,
visit their website.
This canyon is where I go to find solitude and to escape the
"hustle and bustle" of day to day life. I found tracks made by Mule
Deer, Raccoons, Coyotes, and Bobcats, on the day of my hike. Nature
serenaded me with the calls of Mountain Bluebirds, and the trickle
of the creek itself.
