It's in a public park, so the grounds is well-maintained. Easy day to go exploring
Typical tupperware-type of cache..This one is very big compared to what I have seen here. It contains a Education TB, an Trackable cache hide collectors coins, and logbook, but no pen to write, so you will have to bring in a pen.. The park offers very little hide areas for the cache. So the cache had to be hidden away under things. It also gets very busy at the park, so you have to avoid muggles and be careful when removing the cache from its hide area.
The park is named for Francois Verny who helped modernize Japan by building a shipyard in Yokosuka. Verny also built lighthouses in Jogashima.
