Fozzie used to be a Stand-up comedian but it was a failing career.

"Its hard to make people laugh when you, yourself, are feeling so low!" He said.

He has become sad, depressed and lonely over the years and wants to make lots of new pals with those very friendly Geocachers that he hears so much about from his owners.
