Zur Namensgebung: Das Aachener
Erkennungshandzeichen in aller Welt ist der "Klenkes". Mit dem
Klenkes grüßen sich Aachener vor allem dann, wenn sie sich auf
Reisen an den Nummernschildern erkennen.
Das Event tritt in die Fußstapfen des
Klenkes 2004 Events.
Das Event findet am 06.08.2005 im Aachener Südwesten an der
Grenze zu Kelmis auf dem Gelände das Jugendzeltplatzes
(Hergenrather Weg) statt.
Auf dem Gelänge kann gegrillt werden, sanitäre Anlagen (auch
Duschen) sowie eine komplett ausgestatte Küche stehen zur
Verfügung. Wie auch im letzten Jahr müssen wir ein Startgeld
einnehmen, welches diesmal 4€ pro Person beträgt. Es besteht auch
wieder die Möglichkeit, auf dem Platz zu übernachten und am
nächsten Morgen noch gesellig zu Frühstücken (keine Hektik, der
Platz gehört noch den ganzen Sonntag uns). Wer übernachten möchte,
muss nochmals 4€ pro Person zahlen.
Wie auch im letzten Jahr gibt es wieder Getränke zu fairen Preisen
und EL Achimo beglückt uns wieder mit seiner riesen Pilzpfanne.
Grill und -Utensilien sind vorhanden. Alles Andere bitten wir euch
selbst mitzubringen.
Gestartet werden soll wieder in Gruppen von 4 bis 6 Cachern. Also
findet euch zusammen und sucht euch nette Teamnamen. ;-) Sobald ihr
wisst, ob ihr teilnehmen werdet, loggt das bitte hier mit geplanter
Personenzahl und eventuellem Übernachtungswunsch, damit wir das
schonmal in unsere Planung einbeziehen können.
Achja, sollte jemand schon von Freitag auf Samstag übernachten
wollen, sagt uns bitte rechtzeitig Bescheid; da finden wir bestimmt
was!

The name: The Aachener distinctive mark is the
"Klenkes"-hand signal. With the Klenkes Aachener greet each
other all over the world if they recognize another
Aachener-licence plate on journeys.
This Event steps into the shoes of the
Klenkes 2004 Event.
The Event takes place on 06.08.2005 in the southwest of
Aachen on the border to Kelmis on the terrain of a youth-campsite
(Hergenrather Weg).
On this terrain you can barbecue, there is sanitary equipment (also
showers) and a completly equipped kitchen. Like in the last year we
have to take an entry fee, this time 4€ per person. Again you have
the possibility to stay overnight on the terrain (you need a tent).
On the next morning we will have a compenionable breakfast (no need
to hurry, the terrain is still ours the hole Sunday). If youi want
to stay overnight, you'll have to pay 4€ per person again.
Like in the last year we will sell drinks at fair prices and El
Achimo will have his huge fungi-pan to cook for us. A Grill and
implements are available. Please bring all other things you need by
yourself.
You should start in groups of 4 or 6 cachers. So get together and
think about a nice teamname. ;-)
All caches will be available in German and English. If there should
be any problem with the translation, there will also be some Dutch
or francophone Cachers who can help you!
When you know if you'll attend the event or not, please log it
here. Tell us how many people you are and if you want to stay
overnight, so we can plan better.
Oh, if you want to stay overnight also from Friday to Saturday,
just tell us and we will find something for you!
