Geocache Description:

Deze cache was #6 in de serie "Leiden te water". De cacheroute bestaat helaas niet meer, de cache nog wel. Deze is vanaf het water, met een boot of sub board (nb niet een waadpak!) te bereiken. Of met wat moeite vanaf de kant (zie log 9 aug 2017). De cache is magnetisch, svp goed terug plaatsen. [English text below]

Als je de voorgestelde vaarroute aanhoudt (zie kaartje), houdt dan helemaal rechts aan als je de brug onderdoor gaat. Let er daarbij op dat je het stuk ijzer dat vlak naast de walkant (onder water) zit niet raakt.

Op het kaartje hieronder zie je waar de caches in de serie "Leiden te water" verstopt waren. Eventuele aanwijzingen en hints zijn op basis van de vaarroute geformuleerd. De hele vaarroute is 5,5 km. Veel vaar- en cacheplezier .


This cache was #6 in the series "Leiden by water". Though the cacheroute is no longer available, this cache still is! The cache can best be reached by water using a boat or sub board. With some difficulty you can reach it from ashore, see my log dated August 9th 2017. The cache is a magnetic micro container so you need to bring a pen with you.

If you follow the suggested route, then you have to keep firmly to the right when you go under the bridge. Please take care, there's a piece of iron underneath the water right next to the quayside.

Above you see a map of where the caches in the series "Leiden by water" were hidden. Any directions or hints are formulated on the basis of the suggested route. The whole route is 5.5 km long. Have fun boating & caching .
