Geocache Description:

The caching event/meet is on 23rd May at 3.30-5pm, at the above coordinates.
We have a room indoors, just in case. Otherwise we have a balcony overlooking the lovely Welsh mountains and the Vale of Clwyd.

View down towards the campsite.

Camping event starts 22nd May and goes on till 25th May at -
The Three Pigeons - Graigfechan.

Costs are -
£6 per head per night (Free shower).
Bad news - no electric hook ups (back to basics) and only one shower.
There will be 240volts for charging available
The more cachers / hashers and jugglers that book in the more I can twist Jim's arm to get the fees down.
So book early as places are limited. Deposit of £5 per head secures your camping place for the Bank Holiday weekend. Contact me via e-mail or PAF 07885582424 (Mike) to arrange payment of deposit.

Local cache series -
A nice series by our own West Viewers - The Mushroom Path
I am going to place a series in and around Graigfechan.

Hashing -
I will have our, Wirral and Chester H3 over on the 24th May for an 11.00am start, setting a standard hash for them. Any cacher / jugglers are welcome to join us.
I will also set a kids/walkers hash route aswell so no excuse, with a soft drinks Down Downs for the kids. On On

Jugglers -
Hope to entice a few Juggling friends along, so you never know, we might be able to do a renegade show for you/us on the Sat/Sunday nights (+ music.
So root out your juggling balls, hula hoops etc contact us. Look out for the Gladiators !!
No Open Fires but you can Spinagogue no Power Kites

UPDATE – 30th April 2009 – Restaurant arrangements For those of us intending to eat in the restaurant on Friday and/or Saturday nights, we need to pre-order our food directly with Kelly Jones (Restaurant Manager at the Three Pigeons) - threepigeonsinn@btconnect.com, indicating our selection (including how we like our steak cooked and choice of potatoes where appropriate). This should be emailed to Kelly by Friday 15th May or they will not guarantee full availability from the menu. The plan is to all sit down together at 8.30pm to eat (both nights). We intend to eat in the restaurant on both nights and hope some of you will join us. If there are sufficient numbers, the pub can cater for Breakfast at a cost of £4.50 per person, however this would have to be the majority of us. Packed Lunches can also be arranged at £5.00. Both the Breakfasts & Lunches would have to be pre ordered specifying any vegetarians or dietary needs. The weekend plan is to have a communal barbecue on the Sunday tea-time/evening (restaurant not open Sun evening) but we will almost certainly go into the pub for the music night. So please remember to bring all your musical instruments. More details of the proposed plans for the weekend will follow shortly.
PS We forgot and they forgot to include a childrens menu so if you could contact Kelly she will sort one out for you TM
