One in a series of caches set along a route we use when walking from Oakworth to Haworth. They can be done as individual drive-bys, as a circular / figure of 8 walk or you could pick them up on your way to Haworth and get the train back. The full route is just over 3 miles.
If you are doing the walk you can park at Oakworth Station on the Worth Valley Railway, N53 50.477 W1 56.542
The Cache is a black plastic tub with screw cap known as a “Turtle” it’s approx 100mm in diameter and 55mm tall. It contains a logbook, pencil and some goodies for the kids, plenty of room for coins and TB’s.
THE CACHE IS NOT IN THE WALL PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE WALL!
Please be sure to hide carefully as the kids play in here.
FYI There is a sign which says no dogs, it’s obvious it is used by dog owners by the presents they have left! FYI there is no direct route through to Haworth, you have to come back out the same way you went in.
