Geocache Description:

This peak was the site of Geoguru's old Rocky Mountain Micro. While hunting that cache I was taken by the stark beauty and excellent views that this spot offered, so when that cache was archived, I decided to place another one here.

This trailess peak is well off the beaten path, so you should find yourself alone up here. Great spot to bring a lunch and spend an afternoon watching the hawks and vultures.

If you would like to make this into a nice, multi cache loop hike, here is the suggested order: 1-GCKHZ2 2-GCK9PB 3-GCM319 4-GCK88C 5-GCK6DM 6-GCJRYV 7-GCK4A9

Start on the orange blazed Schuber Trail and take it to Caches 1 (GCKHZ2),2 (GCK9PB) & 3 (GCM319). Bushwack from Cache 3 to Cache 4 (GCK88C), then double back to the Schuber (orange) Trail. Continue to Cache 5 (GCK6DM), then on to Bear Swamp Rd. Turn left onto the road then hit cache 6 (GCJRYV). From there hop on Yellow/Silver Trail and bag Cache 7 (GCK4A9). Then get back on the Yellow/Silver and take it back to the Schuber and the parking lot.
