Easy parking, and lots of it! Not necesarrily wheel chair accessible, but definately is not a cardiovascular workout
For my first cache I thought I would place it somewhere that has meaning. Well, this doesn't really have a lot of meaning to me, but it has provided a nice place for me to run. It's a nice quiet, (for the most part) area of Seattle.
Recently (2002), the city of Seattle updated/upgraded all of Westlake. Before it looked not so nice, and was definitely not conducive to geocaching, or running, or for that matter parking in the area, unless you drove an SUV. But now as you see they have upgraded and improved the area, much to the happiness of the local merchants.
Take a walk along part of this trail and you will notice that the City did a descent job of integrating the history of this area, Rail, into the landscape.
