Pennsylvania.  Like so many B&J caches, this one was ahead of its time.  All the stages were "fake" things, and there was an evil decoy cache at the final stage.  A concept I've always meant to duplicate.  I've been collecting strange objects.

Washington.  The "Scary Ladder" got removed for safety reasons.  Lost in the process was this classic cache, where the very first geocoin was released into the wild.

West Virginia.  A spectacular view from an uncannily lionesque rock formation made this 8-mile hike in the Dolly Sods Wilderness well worth the effort.

Pennsylvania.  Hidden in my honor, this was the cache that drew Keystone "out of the closet" as a volunteer cache reviewer.  I wasn't about to drive across the state and log just one find here as Keystone!  The six-mile hike up the mountain was followed by a memorable six-mile tear back down via mountain bike, in the rain.

Pennsylvania.  (Local) This mentally and physically challenging puzzle multi stays true to Edgar Allen Poe's short story, complete with props.  My 4,000th find was the best cache I've hunted in the Pittsburgh area.

Pennsylvania.  If I could have back just one archived cache from this list, this would be it.  A plunge down a stream valley, then a short rock scramble/hill climb, then back up the stream of death again. Treacherous, heart-pumping fun in both directions.  But, it's in a State Forest Natural Area.

Georgia.  A fiendishly hidden cache introduced me to the "Georgia style." But being showered with free gifts from a Waffle House regional manager we met at the cache site? THAT was the best cache loot haul EVER!

Pennsylvania.  One of my favorite cemetery caches, where paupers were buried row upon row in simply marked graves.

Pennsylvania. Take the trail through old growth forest and wildflowers, OR cross a swift stream and climb up a cliff to the cache... either way is fun!  But oops... it turned out the cache is in a State Forest natural area where caches aren't allowed.
