I am the French Magician and I've put out the flags for my spell. I also know the partial coordinates for one of three gates, each of which leads to another wizard's world, and any missing numbers can be found less than a mile from my hide-out.
There is nothing at the above co-ordinates. You will need to have found one or more of the other caches in the series before you can find this one. A digital camera may be useful for taking a record of the spell contained.
