That Sinking Feeling Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Team Perks: Eh...tired of maintaining micros. This one's had a good run, and I no longer live close enough to make stopping by convenient.. Time to put it to rest.

Geocache Description:

Now that we live nearby, we decided it was high time to start hiding some more caches in the area. Here's a quick find in one of Los Angeles' most historically significant areas. The cache is available daily between 6 am & 10 pm.

You're looking for a standard magnetic mint tin micro. There is nothing extraordinary or particularly difficult about this type of hide, but we think you'll enjoy taking a few minutes to enjoy the scenery at this spot once you've made the find.

Due to the high "muggle" potential, this one is hidden in a manner that should allow you to retrieve and replace the cache easily without drawing any unwanted attention. Please be careful to put the cache back exactly as you found it.

Parking nearby may also be a challenge; the parking lots all charge, but you can find metered parking nearby to the north and south (during certain hours), and free parking within a couple blocks further to the south.

While you're here, we suggest you visit the nearby George C. Page Museum, which offers a wide range of exhibits describing the rich history of the area. Admission is required for the museum but access to the cache itself is, of course, free.

Also, don't forget to check out the nearby earthcache. Bring your camera and score two finds while you're here!

Good luck, and Happy Caching!
