This is the final cache in the Postcards of Home series. To find it you will need to have found the first 5 caches in the series
The listed coordinates for this one will only lead you to a good area to park, but you will have to make one stop on your way there.
To find the cache you will need to have visited my Postcards of Home series 1 through 5 and collected the hints from each cache. Insert the numbers you have collected into the following formula.
N43 AB.04E
W80 G9.IJ8
These coordinates will take you to a plaque.(no need to cross private or commercial property to get there)
From this plaque take the year the land was donated and subtract 1466.
Divide this number by 1000 and subtract it from the N listed coordinates to get the N coordinate.
To get the W coordinate take the same year and subtract 1329.
Divide by 1000 and add this number to the W listed coordinates.
This will take you to a small container holding (of course) a postcard of the area with an explanation and the coordinates for the final on the back.
Now for the twist (logging requirement)
In this cache there is not a traditional logbook as such. Instead I would like you to visit your local dollar store or what have you and bring me a postcard of your home town. Just write your log notes and comments(and any other post cardy thing you might want to add) on the back of the postcard and put it in the baggie marked LOG. These will be added to my collection so that hopefully in a hundred years someone else can enjoy them.
There will also be another baggie containing postcards for you to take in trade for the one you are leaving me.
Also in this cache (as usual) you will find some laminated postcards with pictures and notes about this area.
Once again please do not remove the laminated cards.
Reception can be difficult in the final area so I have tried to make the hints pretty specific.
