  Pixar Pals

#1 Toy Story


Toy Story (1995) was Pixar's first full length feature film, and the first movie ever that was created entirely from computer tools and technology.  See The Making of Toy Story.  



The inspiration for the movie came from "Tinny,"  the star of the Pixar short film "Tin Toy."  The idea of toys having a life of their own is an old one - The Steadfast Tin Soldier  by Hans Christian Andersen, was written in 1846.  Tinny was cast to be Woody the cowboy's  new friend in Toy Story, but eventually Tinny was replaced by Buzz Lightyear.  



This cache is placed in a location compatible with the theme of the movie and it's sequel Toy Story 2.  It is a pretty sneaky hide, be sure to put it back the way you found it.
