The first waypoint of the cache is located across Lake Washington from Paul Allen's estate on Mercer Island. From this location look SE and usually you will see flat white boat that looks like a floating banquet room. His estate is located behind the boat.
Do not go to the posted coordinates. They merely go to a spot in the south part of Seward Park. To find this cache you will need to know some trivia and hints from other caches in my 3 dot series.
First, find Paul Allen's 2004 net worth in billions(according to Forbes at one point), which is also the day in the month of January he was born, is coded EF. Second, find the year Judge Smails died, coded FGHI. Third, Mr. Allen did something memorable on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, the number on the subject of that event is coded XY, X + Y = J.

At the first waypoint you will find a post with two informational signs. At the very bottom of the lower sign it reads "park code ord. KLMNOP".

Make sure and write down the clue under the lid of the cache container for later use in conjuction with my six other 3 dot (. . .) caches. Be sure and re-hide the cache good to avoid muggling.
