CATCHING FIRE SPOILERS!
Part 1: Think like Wiress: "Tick-Tock"
Rearrange the last 3 digits of the listed N coords from largest to smallest; remove the last digit; and add a zero to the left. Add this number to the listed N coords to get your final N.
Note the last year on the plaque; move the first digit to the 2nd position; and add a decimal to the far left. Deduct this number from the listed W coords to get your final W.
Part 2: Think like Beetee: “Don’t worry about the wire--it will do just what I say.”
Before Beetee even attaches any wire to the tree... he has Finnick secure it tightly around a broken branch.
