Geocache Description:

Welcome, Welcome... the time has come to take part in our geocache tribute to the Hunger Games!
Each cache will represent a District of Panem. As with all Geocaching, and the Hunger Games, playing can be dangerous and you assume all risks arising in connection with seeking a Geocache.

May the odds be ever in your favor!

Welcome to District 8-TEXTILES: From the runways of the Capitol to the cobblestone streets of the lowliest Districts, we make all of Panem look good. The finest in fabrics!

District 8 was the first district to start an uprising after 74 years of Hunger Games. Citizens, Bonnie and Twill, escaped when the Capitol bombed the textile factory where they worked.

Twill's name comes straight out of the factories of District 8!

Twill is a type of textile weave with a REPEATING PATTERN of diagonal parallel ribs. This is done by passing the weft thread over one or more warp threads and then under two or more warp threads and so on.

You will find the clue at waypoint one to complete the coords for the final: N 47° 36.159 W 122° 37._ _ 1

You can check your answers for this puzzle on GeoChecker.com.
