Geocache Description:


This is the 2nd of a collection of karate themed caches

Grading Composition

Kihon: Basic stepping punch , rising head block (going backwards) , outside block , inside block (going backwards), knife-hand block, front snap kick and side snap kick
The most basic form of karate training, kihon consists of repeating individual techniques many times.

Kata: Heian Shodan
Kata (form) consists of a predefined sequence of karate defences and attacks against a number of imaginery opponents.

Kumite: Five step kumite
Kumite (sparring) is the main training method in which techniques can be used against real opponents.

You are a beginner with an Orange belt
Find this cache in order to pass your 2nd grading and become a Red Belt

The co-ords at the top of the page take you to an interesting grave in St. Leonards Church,

If you previously haven't graded then you will need to visit this area and find a Gravestone quite close to the co-ords given

Find the grave of EMMA JANE how many letters in her husbands full name = A
What age did she die = B2
Now multiply A x 10 x B = ANS

If you have completed Beginner To Black Belt - 10th Kyu you will already have the answer and will be able to go straight to the cache
The distance from the Arrows to the cache hide in 10th Kyu is = ANS

NOW GO TO N51°44.400 W000°40.601 + ANS (you will need to add your answer to each of the northing and westing co-ords)

Please be careful if caching with small children or animals at the final cache location
