Welcome to the 12 step program a series of 12 Caches put out by Austinsdad and Plumbrokeacres. each cache will feature a different aspect of Caching Hiking, canoeing all types of caches sizes and difficulties. we hope that everyone enjoys finding the caches as we have had coming up with the ideas and hides.

A cure for Beetle kill?. Turn off here N54 25.481 W122 38.532 This road my seem rough but I take my 2004 Malibu up it all the time. Stay on main road till you get to Emerald Lake. It's about 3km in on this road.
This lake is well worth the drive from town. Daytrip or even better, a weekend stay. The cache is beyond the outhouse. Don't worry about the muggles that might be camped there, 9 times of of 10, it is probably me, Austinsdad. I try to get out here every weekend in the summer. Please come out and enjoy some fishing. If I'm there, you are more than welcome to join me and my family around the campfire.
