Geocache Description:

You are well on the way down the «Beatles trail», depicted by author Lars Saabye Christensen in his novel «Beatles» about four young Oslo men on a fishing holiday in the 60s. This cache is part of the «With the Beatles» mystery cache, which follows their long and winding road from Stryken to the City.

This spot is where they spent their second night - catching lots of fish, thus attracting the attention of the fool on the hill.

They had also brought too much to drink, resulting in the baroque scene which has given name to this cache.

Note: The cache is NOT located at the above coordinates. To find it, please please visit " Norwegian Wood", which holds a set of coordinates. The cache is located 10 meters from those coordinates, 68 degrees.

The cache is a military-style metal container, clipped to a tree close to the ground. However, it is winter available: Look for a camo steel wire near the trunk of the tree, up to 180 cms above the ground. Follow it down and you shall find the cache even in serious snow.

Initial contents:
Partial coordinates for " With the Beatles".
Full coordinates for " Dreamed I was a Fish" (next cache)
Rubber Soul pin, Abbey Road pin
Vinyl Beatles stickers (4)
Beatles post cards (3)
Moose card
Bernhard cards
Bernhardese fear chaser
A somewhat messy FTF certificate
Mosquito repellent tissue (2)
Mobildongle from Hong Kong
Chinese logbook, pencil, stashnote

Please please: In keeping with the theme of the cache, please trade the Beatles items only for similar stuff. Try to see beyond yourself.
