Geocache Description:

WWW stands for West Welwyn Wanderings, a series of caches that takes you through the nicest parts of West Welwyn Garden City. You can go in any order you like, but we recommend that you follow our order. Happy Caching-Team CJ3 :-)

An Easter 2011 present for the geocaching community!

The co-ordinates above are for the bus stop shelter "Great North Road". Use the following instructions to find the co-ordinates for the cache: Stand under the sign with your back to the bus shelter. Look up and read the eight digit number. Then fill in the gaps in the final cache's location.

Final co-ordinates: N51° AB.CDE W000°FD.GFA

For A add the 1st digit of the mystery number to the 7th digit.
For B take the 1st digit from the 6th digit.
For C multiply the 2nd digit by the 7th and add the 3rd digit.
For D add the 2nd, 4th and 7th digits together.
For E add the 5th digit to the 8th digit.
For F multiply the 4th and 6th digits, then add the 2nd digit.
For G add the 2nd digit to the 6th digit, then divide the total by the first digit.
When this is filled in you should have the exact co-ordinates for the cache.

The cache is a regular sized 1 litre water-tight container. It started out with, amongst other things, the Green Jeep TB which is part of the Jeep 4x4 challenge, and some coins one of which was minted in 1860. Also look out for the elusive terrapin who is resident here. Please do not break down the foliage, this could disrupt other geocachers' searches. Also, if you are an experienced geocacher we advize that you do not use the hint. Please be careful of the busy road and water in the cache vicinity. Please report any problems in your logs. Happy Geocaching!
