The cache is a 400 ml clip top container.
The A'vard Picnic Ground has not always been the sorry state that is today. It was once a central piece of the Emerald social scene with a rotunda that was used by brass bands for performances and to entertain picnickers. The rotunda was built in 1914 by Jim Stuart. No-one is quite sure when it was taken down though.
Watch out for snakes. Do not attempt on days of extreme bushfire risk.
