Um museu original Traditional Geocache

Bem vindo/a a esta cache que lhe dá a conhecer um museu original..:)

Situado em Montelavar, concelho de Sintra, este museu apareceu e cresceu nos últimos anos, tudo fruto da imaginação, arte e trabalho de um homem, agora reformado, que viveu toda a sua vida dedicado à sua profissão de serralheiro civil, e que ao longo da mesma foi criando e aproveitando materiais para lhes dar forma e adaptá-los a fim de criar este museu que agora lhes mostro.

Durante anos por ali passei e sempre me despertou a curiosidade este museu, que vi crescer e ganhar forma. Mais recentemente, já este ano, como estava a trabalhar naquela zona acabei por visitá-lo e vê-lo mais em detalhe. Daí a pensar nesta cache foi um passo!:)

Located in Montelavar, in Sintra, the museum appeared and expanded in recent years, all fruit of the imagination, art and work of a man, now retired, who lived all his life dedicated to his profession of civil locksmith, and that along the same was creating and drawing materials to give them shape and adapt them to create this museum that now show you.

For years I spent there and I always aroused the curiosity this museum, I saw grow and take shape. More recently, earlier this year, and was working in that area just to visit him and see him in more detail. Hence think this cache was a step! :).

O local

Foi à cerca de 6 anos que tudo começou. O sr. Amadeu, já aposentado, deixou a sua grande oficina de serralharia as molas dos camiões para os seus descendentes.
Agora com mais tempo, foi reunindo num espaço em frente à sua oficina as peças que há muito ansiava montar e dar-lhes vida. Começou com um empilhador, uns motores eléctricos, umas pás, um enorme motor com 10 toneladas de um barco que deu à costa na Ericeira (conforme ele nos contou), entre outras peças. Depois seguiu-se a enorme torre giratória, muito original, e que agora lá está a girar conforme o vento.

A saúde do sr. Amadeu tem-no atraiçoado e não conseguiu ainda terminar a sua obra, mas muito há já para ver neste pequeno museu mas muito original, quer pela sua forma como pela imaginação ali depositada. É frequente o confronto da Águia e do Leão (Benfica e Sporting), como por exemplo debaixo do grande motor de barco, que num pequeno movimento da mão do sr.Amadeu é posto a rodar através de um telecomando que acciona uma série de motores eléctricos e transmissões (tudo adaptado por ele), deixando Águia e Leão confrontando-se e insinuando-se frente a frente, em movimentos ritmados dados por um complexo jogo mecânico feito de antigas molas de camião.

Não posso esquecer de referir os símbolos que estão expostos logo na entrada: o vaso grande, que simboliza a agricultura, o cavalo e a bicicleta, que simbolizam o desporto e a música .
Não deixem de reparar no casal que esta por cima do grande motor e que dança quando este roda, como se de um passo de dança se tratasse.

O forno que está na base no início era o forno onde durante 12 anos o sr. Amadeu aqueceu a 1000º as molas dos camiões para as moldar à forma que queria.
Tudo ali tem um pedaço de história da vida deste homem, tal como a peça que simboliza as suas Bodas de Ouro, os 50 anos de trabalho!

Ah, se se sentirem perdidos e o GPS não ajudar também têm ali uma original rosa dos ventos, não deixem de reparar na mesma!:)

 Se por acaso foram ao local durante a semana em horário laborar procurem o sr. Amadeu que costuma estar na sua oficina em frente ao museu do outro lado da estrada.

Agradeço desta forma ao sr. Amadeu pela forma com que nos recebeu e explicou o funcionamento do museu. Ele sabe onde está a cache, por isso se um senhor de cabelo branco e óculos se aproximar de vocês apresentem-se e peçam-lhe para que vos mostre o museu em movimento!
Agradeço também ao Batalha por me ter acompanhado e contactado previamente um familiar do sr. Amadeu para efectuarmos a visita guiada.

The local

The health of mr. Amadeu isn´t good and it has failed to even finish its work, but much longer to see this small museum but very original, either by their way by the imagination deposited there. Often the clash of Eagle and Leo (Benfica and Sporting), such as under large engine boat, a small movement of the hand of mr.Amadeu is put to rotate through a remote that triggered a series of electric motors and transmissions (all adapted by him), leaving Eagle and Leon confronting themselves and hinting themselves face to face in movements data for a complex game made of old mechanical springs from truck.

I can't forget to mention the symbols that are exposed at the entrance: the large vessel, which symbolizes the agriculture, horse and bicycle, symbolizing the sport and the music.
Do not let the couple to repair it on top of the big engine and that dance when it runs, as a step dance of the case.

The oven that is the basis in the beginning was the furnace where for 12 years the mr. Amadeu heated up to 1000 degrees of the springs of trucks to shape the way he wanted.
Everything there is a piece of history of the life of this man, as the piece that symbolizes their Marriage of Gold, the 50 years of work!

If you feel lost and the GPS does not help there also have an original pink of the winds, not cease to repair the same! :)

If by chance been to the place during the week in time labor seek the mr. Amadeu that tends to be in his workshop in front of the museum on the other side of the road.

Thank this way to mr. Amadeu the way we received and explained the operation of the museum. He knows where is the cache, so if a man of white hair and glasses approaching of you show up and ask him to show you the museum on the move!
I also thank Batalha for he have monitored and previously contacted ason of mr. Amadeu  for the tour.

A Cache

A cache encontra-se escondida dentro do museu, mas não é necessário entrar para a encontrar. O museu está vedado com uma rede, pede-se POR FAVOR que não se pendurem na mesma nem forcem a entrada, a cache está acessível pela parte de fora, basta esticar o braço, procurar e..já está!:).

É necessário procurar bem, não desistam, pode demorar um pouco. Espero que gostem!:)

Esta cache é um tupperware de tamanho micro de tamanho +/- 5x5x3cm.

O conteudo inicial da cache além do Logbook, stashnote, lápis, afia e documentação é:

- Carrinho
- Boneco bébé
- Hearphone
- Boneco

Só há uma posição para retirar a cache do local, terá que rodar e depois para a recolocar terá que o deixar na posição em que se encontra. Seja discreto/a na sua procura pois o local é à beira da estrada.

Deixe-a exactamente como a encontrou, no mesmo local e bem presa.

The Cache

The cache, is hidden inside the museum, but it is not necessary to come in to find. The museum is sealed with a network, PLEASE don´t stay on the same and don't force the entry, the cache is accessible by the outside, just stretch the arm, seeking and.. it's ok! :).

You must look well, it may take a while. I hope you enjoy it! :)

The initial content of cache besides the Logbook, stashnote, pencil, pencil sharpener and documentation, are:

- Small car
- Baby doll
- Hearphone
- Doll

There is only one position to remove the cache site, which will have to go down and to the right always in the position in which they find themselves. Be discreet in their search because the site is on the verge of the road.

Leave it exactly as found in the same place and well prey.
