Den här cachen ingår i en serie på tre cacher som hyllar bron som förändrade det lilla samhället jag är uppväxt i. Serien består av två traditionella cacher GC4D45Y, GC4D46K och en mystery GC4D47B.
För att hitta mysteryn krävs först att de två andra hittas och en ledtråd från varje noteras. Därefter krävs lite fältarbete och matematik, sen är de bara att logga.
Länsväg 222 går mellan Slussen i Stockholm och Vinterhamn i Stavsnäs. Den kallas för Värmdöleden från gränsen mellan Stockholm och Nacka till Mölnvik och får därefter namnet Stavsnäsvägen.
Vägen har under årens lopp haft en del andra beteckningar och sträckningar. Idag viker vägen av den sista biten ner mot Stavsnäs, medan om man åker rakt fram istället kommer till Djurö och Sollenkrokavägen.
Djuröbron byggdes mellan 1961 och 1962. Dessförinnan fick man ta en liten färja från Ramsmora i den vik som ligger strax efter bensinmacken och bussparkeringen.
Färjan tog endast åtta bilar och man kan lätt förstå att man kunde få sitta ett par timmar i kö på sommaren.
Visserligen har trafiken ökat drastiskt sedan 60-talet, men testa gärna hur lång tid det tar innan åtta bilar har passerat dig på bron.

This cache is part of a series of three caches that celebrates the bridge that changed the small countryside I grew up in. The series consists of two traditional caches GC4D45Y, GC4D46K and a mystery GC4D47B.
To be able to find the mystery cache, first you need to find the other two caches and note a clue from each of them. Thereafter some fieldwork and mathematics are required to find and log the cache.
Road 222 runs from Slussen in Stockholm to Vinterhamn in Stavsnäs. It is called Värmdöleden from the border between Stockholm and Nacka to Mölnvik where the name changes to Stavsnäsvägen.
During the years, the road have had other names and stretches. Today you have to turn off the road for the last bit down to Stavsnäs, whereas if you go straight ahead, you will get to Djurö and Sollenkrokavägen.
Djuröbron was built between 1961 and 1962. Previously you had to take a small ferry from Ramsmora in the bay just after the gas station and the bus parking.
The ferry would only take eight cars and one could easily understand that you might have to sit a few hours in queue in the summer.
Although traffic has increased drastically since the 60s, feel free to test how long it takes eight cars have passed you on the bridge.
