Geocache Description:

An easy find on a hidden little pocket of Ft. Ord. Walking distance from the CSUMB main campus.

RESTOCKED 9/5/05! Big thanks to everyone who has helped make this cache work!
6 more camouflaged Altoids tins have replenished the Central Coast Seedbank. I know there is a lot of anti-micro sentiment out there now-a-days, so I encourage seed-planters to incorporate the micros into maybe a larger multi. That said, I've got no problem hunting micros...so do whatever you want with 'em!
RESTOCKED 8/15/04!
7 more camouflaged Altoids tins have replenished the Central Coast Seedbank. In addition we’ve included a Jeep Travel Bug we recently picked up as a further enticement to log this cache!

This one is for all you avid big geo-geeks out there who get a rush when you see next to a geocache listing. This cache will provide that feeling at least 6 times (More if we get motivated, and restock it).

The idea here is pretty simple, we’re stocking a traditional cache with multiple ready-to-hide micros. We’ve put in log books, and provided some camouflage, but no pens. All you have to do is trade something for one and go hide it. Feel free to call it whatever you want (It’ll be yours to maintain and worry about) we only ask that you mention where it came from, and place it somewhere in Monterey county!

Once all of the pre-fabbed micros are gone, this cache will become a traditional hide. But, seeing as how we’re addicted to Altoids…I’m sure we’ll find time to sporadically restock the seedbank.

You’ve got the idea, you’ve got the coordinates, now get off your computer and go find ‘em you Big geeks!!

The idea for this cache came from some that we saw in Chicagoland while visiting family in Aurora, Illinois. There were quite a few in that area, see "Spyders Seed Cache"by Spyderuser. So we thought why not make one at home on the Central Coast?!
