They are good for parking though.

This is another Puzzle cache where we play around with the
letters "Q" and "B". This time we thought, "I bet they're
getting tired of static old Q's and B's. What we need is some
ACTION!" Watch the movie below. It will give you the true
coordinates. We hope you enjoy it.

The cache itself is a nano. There is a log, but no pencil ...
you're going to have to bring your own. It's in a very public
place, so stealth will be required.
