The second in a series of Puzzle Caches using various ciphers to encode the cache coordinates
Welcome to the second in a series of 7 puzzle caches leading up to a final cache. Be sure to collect the letter in each cache, as you will need them for the final.
The series will start out easy with a basic cipher for you to decode, and then move on to more sophisticated methods of encoding. Figuring out how to decode each cipher is up to you!
Your information is of the utmost importance, but how are you to deliver it without prying eyes viewing it? Encode it, of course! Here's another one that's not TOO hard.
