Clinton, Iowa based geocacher sunluver has been
caching since 7/17/2008. He is well known in this area for the
creativity and imagination used in creating and placing
non-conventional cache containers. He is also very proud of the fact that
he keeps his map “clean” by continuing to claim
“all City of Clinton caches found”.
On 11/28/09 (a mere 499 days later...do the math!),
sunluver reached this milestone by finding the puzzle
cache “Binary Hex” (GCYGG7), which had not been found
in over two and a half years!!
I tried to camouflage this container as a coffee table with a
remote control sitting on it next to the phone, the safe keys, a
flashlight, and a golf ball for tomorrow's tee time - but
couldn’t quite pull off sunluver’s flair
for uniquely designed containers. So instead, and more appropriately,
you will be looking for the traditional, and
honorary, silver ammunition box. (UPDATE 11/6/11: Container is now a
camo'd lock-n-lock container due to the original silver ammo can
being stolen) This cache has been stocked with goodies (very kid
friendly!!), so remember to bring your swag bag!!
Parking coordinates are provided (N 41° 51.364 W 090° 13.198)
for the parking lot at this city park where the cache is located. A
short, but slightly hilly quarter-mile mile hike awaits you from
there. This area can have a high muggle count at times, so please
use stealth as required.
Good Luck and Happy Caching!!
CONGRATULATIONS to
sunluver for FTF!!!
