A simple park n grab. Easy and safe parking is nearby. Cache is a micro, so BYOP.
Cache is on public property on the SOUTH side of Spring Valley Road. Absolutely no need to go anywhere near the electric substation on the north side of the street. As usual, pay attention to all posted signs. This road gets a decent amount of traffic, so a little stealth would be a good idea.
