Geocache Description:

Chain Reaction #2 – Snowball

This second stage will take you past the current end of the trail constructed along the new East side flood control structure and in the vicinity of the future “Sleeping Giant / Smokestack Bridge” recreational trail bridge. At least that is the name being considered for this future bridge. I have a feeling it will be named after the sponsor who ponies up the most cash for its naming rights…if it’s constructed at all in my lifetime.

This will be a short hike or bike ride along the new trail from the recommended trailhead parking area.

This cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. To solve the coordinates to the containers location, you will need to visit the recommended parking area for Chain Reaction #1 – Snowflake and review the signs within the vicinity of the park access and answer the following questions:

A.) The am area hour listed on the park sign

B.) The pm area hour listed on the sign

C.) What section of the Linn County, Iowa Conservation Board Rules & Regulations refers to Dogs?

D.) What is the first number digit of the State Law listed on the Leash Law sign?

E.) On the ~~left~~ right side of the gate, the sign indicates “No Hunting or __________”. Using the third letter of this word, convert to a numeric value.

F.) What is the subsection number of the Linn County, Iowa Conservation Board Rules & Regulations refers to Blinds and tree stand restricted?

G). What section of the Linn County, Iowa Conservation Board Rules & Regulations refers to Use of Firearms?

H.) What section of the Linn County, Iowa Conservation Board Rules & Regulations refers to Camping?
