Cache is in Wellington State Park. Use the parking lot marked Ellwell Trail across from the park entrance. Take the trail and follow it to the right at forks until you see the signs to Goose Pond. Follow the trail to the pond.
Cache is in a small lock and lock with a blue lid.
Bring insect repellant or walk fast so they can't catch you! Check out the evidence of beaver activity and see the beaver lodge across the lake.
After seeing the lovely Goose Pond (and finding the cache), backtrack your steps and take the Little Sugarloaf trail up the mountain for a gorgeous view of Newfound Lake.
