Geocache Description:

No it isn't up on a rocky ridge ... the terrain rating shouldn't exceed 2.5. It is a false lead container for the Typo Cache

Don't dive, it's a typo cache is listed at N 40° 36.362 W 111° 41.650, with the caveat that one of this digits is wrong (but changing the latitude minutes digit from 6 to 5 is not a solution!). Just to quote from the Typo cache description, "...cache is not submerged in Lake Blanche! ... the container you're after is located near the bottom of one of these magnificient canyons which empty into Salt Lake Valley. The container is a brown plastic bottle, either pint or 8 oz in size. It is located in plain sight at a base of the mightiest spruce, on the side facing a dead / cut tree..." and perhaps most importantly, "...there is more than one solution to this"
In other words, one can satisfy all the criteria and still find a false lead. A false is in actuality an interesting and challenging cache in its own right, but the geocachers seem to be discouraged from cracking the Typo riddle, because finding a false lead doesn't score them any victories. After some deliberation, I decided to create this new derivative puzzle cache, primarily to let those finding Typo's false leads to log it as a find. If you find more than one, you can log it more than once.
Quoting from the Typo cache description again, the locations ... are certified 100% bushwack free, and there will be a trail (albeit possibly with a few faint spots) nearly all the way to the brown bottle. In the worst case scenario, the trail would disppear into a boulder field about couple hundred feet North of the spot, but you will see the right spruce from there already.
Inside you'll find coins and markers, and a hint for the Orthocenter Rock cache.
